Freelance Day Worker (Option for Full-Time Contract)

We are looking for an experienced, polished, and hands-on freelance Villa Manager/Butler to support the daily operations of an exclusive 5-star private luxury villa in Canggu. This five-bedroom property requires a service-minded professional who thrives in a refined, detail-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the villa to an impeccable 5-star standard, ensuring every room and outdoor area is always guest-ready.

• Deliver warm, personalized service — from welcome drinks to poolside amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the stay.

• Anticipate guest needs and ensure a smooth and memorable experience at all times.

• Oversee and guide daily housekeeping operations following established SOPs.

• Supervise and support a team of five colleagues: housekeepers, poolman, and gardener.

• Coordinate closely with the guest concierge team for seamless service delivery.

• Assist with breakfast setup and light butler duties when required.

Who You Are

• Handson household, butler and managerial Experience in luxury villas, boutique hotels, or 5-star resort environments.

• Highly proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented with excellent English communication skills.

• Comfortable working independently while also guiding and motivating a small team.

• Passionate about hospitality, presentation, and creating a polished, welcoming atmosphere.

• Able to prepare simple guest breakfasts and perform basic butler tasks.

• A network of trusted hospitality professionals (chefs, therapists, yoga instructors, drivers) is a strong advantage.

• Flexibel available on request, also during holidays
