Villa Manager (Hands on) – Luxury 5-Star Villa in Canggu

We are seeking an experienced hands-on Villa Manager to join our dedicated team at a prime 5-star private luxury villa in Canggu, Bali. This exclusive five-bedroom property demands exceptional housekeeping standards, personalized guest care, and strong leadership.

• Key Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for daily villa operations and overall performance

  • Managing and supervising all on-site staff (housekeeping, gardener, pool, security, chef/butler – total team of 5)

  • Maintaining the villa to impeccable 5-star standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service

  • Delivering highly personalized guest service and anticipating guest needs

  • Overseeing housekeeping, pool, and garden operations according to SOPs

  • High-level guest communication including VIPs, complaints, and refunds

  • Budget management, cost control, purchasing, and supplier coordination

  • Staff scheduling, evaluations, and disciplinary actions

  • Working closely with the concierge team for guest services and experiences

  • Assisting with breakfast, light butler duties, and hands-on housekeeping when needed

  • Monitoring service quality, guest satisfaction, and online reviews

  • Reporting directly to the owner and/or management company

Who You Are

• Proven experience in luxury villas, boutique hotels, or high-end resorts

• Proactive, highly responsible, and exceptionally detail-oriented with strong English communication skills

• Confident working independently while effectively leading, training, and motivating a small on-site team

• Genuinely passionate about hospitality and delivering warm, refined, and personalized guest experiences

• Strong sense of pride in perfect presentation, cleanliness, and creating a flawless atmosphere

• Experience with breakfast service and basic butler-style guest support

• Well-connected within the local hospitality industry (private chefs, spa therapists, yoga instructors) is a strong advantage
