Medior/Senior Camunda Consultant – IT Consultancy

For our client, a mid-sized international IT consultancy firm specializing in digital transformation and process optimization, we are looking for an experienced Camunda Consultant who is ready to make an impact. You will work on innovative process orchestration solutions using Camunda and contribute to the growth of a highly driven and autonomous team.

Your Role

As a Camunda Consultant, you will develop tailored solutions for complex business processes. You collaborate closely with both technical and business stakeholders, translating process requirements into scalable, efficient outcomes. You’ll have ample opportunity to develop yourself and coach junior and medior team members as part of a growing, forward-thinking team.

You will:

• Build and implement process orchestration solutions using Camunda;

• Contribute to solution architecture, process improvement, and integration;

• Act as a bridge between business and IT;

• Support knowledge sharing and innovation within the team.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of software development experience, including 1+ year in automation, integration, or RPA;

• Experience with BPM platforms like Camunda, Flowable, Pega, or Blueriq is a plus;

• Proficiency in BPMN, Lean, or other process modeling techniques;

• Familiarity with Java or Python, microservices, APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and databases;

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Information Management, or a related field;

• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English;

• A self-starting and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for optimizing business processes.
