Villa Attendant – Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of luxury guest villas (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces)

• Change linens, restock amenities, and ensure villas are 100% guest-ready

• Assist with check-in and check-out processes

• Report any maintenance or damage issues to villa supervisor

• Ensure high standards of hygiene, comfort, and attention to detail

• Support team operations as needed for smooth villa management

• Keep close communication with the villa supervisor

• Work together with the team of Bali Bliss Estates

• Can make breakfast

Qualifications

• Has got Indonesian Nationality

• Has work experience abroad and used to high standards

• Previous housekeeping experience in villas or hotels preferred

• Physically fit and professional appearance

• Very Good English communication skills

• Honest, responsible, and detail-focused

• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

• Friendly and hospitality minded

• Can think in solutions and willing to learn in a 5* environment

• Can start asap
