Villa Butler / Senior Housekeeper

Full-Time | Canggu, Bali

We are looking for an experienced Villa Butler / Senior Housekeeper to join our team at a luxury 5-bedroom private villa in Canggu.

This is a hands-on position combining guest service, housekeeping, and supervision of junior housekeeping staff. You will report directly to the Villa Manager.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out

• Provide friendly, professional and attentive guest service

• Be hands-on with daily housekeeping and ensure the villa is always clean and perfectly presented

• Inspect bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas and outdoor areas daily

• Guide and support junior housekeeping staff

• Ensure cleaning and service SOPs are followed

• Prepare and serve welcome drinks, fruit and simple Western breakfasts

• Assist guests during their stay and respond quickly to requests

• Report maintenance or operational issues to the Villa Manager

• Make sure the villa is always guest-ready and maintained to 5-star standards

Requirements

• Experience as a Butler, Senior Housekeeper, Villa Host, Villa Supervisor or similar role

• Experience in a luxury villa, 5-star hotel or premium resort

• Strong housekeeping and hospitality standards

• Excellent eye for cleanliness, detail and presentation

• Hands-on, proactive, responsible and trustworthy

• Good spoken English

• Able to guide junior housekeeping staff

• Professional appearance and good personal grooming

• Able to prepare simple Western breakfasts such as eggs, toast, pancakes and fruit

• Flexible to work weekends and public holidays according to schedule

• Currently living in Bali and able to commute to Canggu
