Housekeeping Staff Villa Bingin

Full-time | Bingin, Bali | Start Immediately

We are looking for a positive, reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff member to join our villa team in Bingin.

You will work closely with our Housekeeping team and Villa Supervisors to make sure our villas are always clean, beautifully presented and Guest Ready.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare villas according to our housekeeping standards and SOPs.

  • Prepare bedrooms and make beds to a high standard.

  • Clean bathrooms, kitchens, living areas and outdoor areas.

  • Replace and organise linen, towels and guest amenities.

  • Carry out check-out cleaning and stay-over housekeeping.

  • Make sure villas are fully prepared on time for arriving guests.

  • Check for stains, damage, missing items or maintenance problems and report them immediately.

  • Keep housekeeping supplies and storage areas clean and organised.

  • Monitor cleaning products, amenities, linen and towels.

  • Assist with guest requests when needed.

  • Work closely with the Villa Supervisor and other team members.

  • Follow housekeeping checklists and quality standards.

Job requirements

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Previous housekeeping experience in a villa, hotel or resort is preferred.

  • Good eye for cleanliness and detail.

  • Hospitality-minded and takes pride in preparing a beautiful villa for guests.

  • Positive, hands-on and hardworking.

  • A real team player.

  • Reliable, honest and responsible.

  • Flexible and willing to help colleagues when needed.

  • Able to follow instructions, SOPs and checklists.

  • Willing to learn and improve.

  • Speaks and understand good English

  • Preferably lives in or near Bingin / Uluwatu.
