Villa Operations & Quality Manager

Bingin – Uluwatu, Bali | Full-time | Luxury Hospitality

We are a growing luxury hospitality business working with a collection of villas in Bingin and Uluwatu.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on and highly organized Villa Operations & Quality Manager to oversee daily villa operations, lead operational teams and ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness, maintenance and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and quality standards across multiple luxury villas.

• Manage and supervise housekeeping staff, villa supervisors, pool cleaners, gardeners and maintenance teams.

• Organize daily staff schedules, work assignments and operational priorities.

• Personally conduct villa inspections before guest arrivals and after departures.

• Ensure all villas are exceptionally clean, well maintained and fully guest-ready.

• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and preventive maintenance.

• Monitor staff performance, provide training and ensure compliance with SOPs.

• Maintain accurate inspection checklists, maintenance records, inventory and daily operational reports.

• Proactively identify problems, take corrective action and follow up until fully resolved.

• Work closely with the Guest Relations & Concierge Manager, supporting each other with check-ins, guest requests, complaints and operational matters whenever needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in villa operations, villa management or hospitality operations.

• Proven experience managing staff and maintaining high quality standards via SOP’s and checklists

• Strong knowledge of housekeeping, maintenance, pool care and villa inspections.

• Good spoken and written English is essential.

• Excellent organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on management style with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to independently manage multiple properties and operational priorities.

• Experience with operational reporting, checklists and digital management systems.

• Proactive, reliable and able to take full ownership of responsibilities.

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

• Living in or willing to relocate near Bingin/Uluwatu

• Flexible availability, including weekends when scheduled.
