Villa Operations Supervisor

Location: Bingin / Uluwatu, Bali
Position: Full-time

We are looking for a hands-on Villa Operations Supervisor to manage the daily operations of 7 luxury private villas in Bingin.

This is an active onsite role. You will supervise the housekeeping team, communicate with guests and make sure every villa is clean, well maintained and guest-ready.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of 7 villas

  • Coordinate and supervise the housekeeping team + poolattendent and daily schedule

  • Personally check villa quality before every guest arrival

  • Monitor and respond to Airbnb / Guesty messages and guest requests

  • Coordinate check-ins, check-outs and special guest requests

  • Assist guests and make sure problems and requests are fully resolved

  • Identify maintenance issues and coordinate technicians/handymen

  • Check pool, garden, linen, amenities and villa supplies

  • Make sure Bali Bliss Villa SOPs and quality standards are followed

  • Provide Management with a short daily operational update

Job requirements

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Has experience in luxury villa, 5*hotel or hospitality operations

  • Has experience supervising housekeeping or operational staff

  • Speaks good English and Bahasa Indonesia

  • Is comfortable communicating with international guests

  • Is comfortable using WhatsApp and systems such as Airbnb / Guesty

  • Is organised, detail-oriented and has high hospitality standards

  • Takes initiative, follows up and gets things done

  • Is reliable, responsible and professional

  • Preferably lives in or close to Bingin / Uluwatu, must live in Bali already

  • Is available to work weekends/public holidays according to the schedule
