We are looking for a Hands-On Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and staff performance at our high-end 5-star villa in Canggu with 5 bedrooms in Bali. This exclusive property offers exceptional guest experiences — and we need someone who ensures everything runs perfectly behind the scenes.

Your Role

As our Hands-On Villa Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise the overall wellbeing, cleanliness, and appearance of the villa

• Monitor, guide, and correct staff (5) to ensure tasks are completed to the highest standards

• Maintain daily checklists and perform regular inspections across all villa areas

• Support the team in daily operations — from housekeeping and breakfast service to guest requests

• Ensure all villa standards and guest expectations are met consistently

• Help to foster a proactive and professional work environment

• Step in and assist staff when needed; lead by example at all times

Who You Are

• Experienced in villa operations, staff supervision, or hotel team management

• Highly organized, hands-on, and confident correcting staff when necessary

• Committed to maintaining 5-star standards in cleanliness, service, and villa presentation

• Fluent in English with excellent (written) communication skills

• Able to work independently, take initiative, and resolve issues calmly

• Passionate about hospitality and service excellence

• Previous experience in housekeeping is a must

• Large network for external congierge services suppliers like private chef, florists, wedding organizers etc.
